The Site is operated by SAFETY COACH INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD (ABN 20695915087) of Suite 2, Level 3, 13-15 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Courses, bookings and payments

Course descriptions, availability, and pricing are published on the Site. When you book a course or service, you enter into a separate agreement with us governed by the booking terms we provide at that time. Any conflict between these Terms of Use and the booking terms will be resolved in favour of the booking terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Course materials and site content are for educational and informational purposes and do not replace professional, legal, or safety advice specific to your workplace.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety Coach International Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms of Use is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100 if no payment was made.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safety Coach International Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
